What software do you use?
We work with Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, and Sage. If you’re not set up yet, an MTD-compatible Xero licence is included free with the Growth and Scale plans.
Do you handle the switch from my old accountant?
Yes — fully. You sign one digital authorisation. We email your old accountant for handover, register as your HMRC agent, and pull your records. Most clients are fully transferred in 5–7 working days.
How quickly can I get a replacement vehicle?
Usually within 24 hours. Licensed taxi drivers get taxi-spec vehicles complete with radios and meters so you can keep working.
Will I need to go to court?
The vast majority of claims settle without ever needing a court hearing. If yours does need one, your panel solicitor prepares you fully.
Do you cover areas outside Sussex and Surrey?
